In 2025 MBSR classes will be taught by Paul Sugar and held In Person at: The Franciscan Renewal Center, 5802 E. Lincoln Dr. Scottsdale, AZ 85253 In Person and Live Online . An orientation session has been scheduled at the same location and live online to provide more information about  the class. Fall 2025 Sept. 10, - Nov. 5,  Live Online Classes and In Person. GROUP MBSR CLASS INCLUDES MINDFULNESS MEDITATION, MINDFUL MOVEMENT and MINDFULNESS IN clinical setting.

The cost of the course is on a sliding scale based upon annual income:
Less than $30,000 – $150.00
$30,000 to $59,999 – $250.00
$60,000 to $89,999 – $350.00
$90,000 to $120,000– $450.00
Greater than $120,000- $550.00

CE are $80.00 per profession
Deadline for cancellation/refund is one week prior to orientation.

Course materials include two mindfulness meditation CD’s, two mindful hatha yoga DVD’s, one mindful tai chi warm up/stretching DVD and a workbook.
